I took my car in to have tires rotated and brakes checked. I told them I thought maybe I needed new brakes. Would have been easy for them to check and say "yes you need new brakes " . After a thorough check of my car they said no your brakes are fine. They did a thorough check of my car and found there were a few things I might want to think about. No pressure to get them done. I did choose to get them taken care of. I had a mechanic I used for 40 years who I always trusted what he said. He retired and sold his business. I was so leary of taking my car to anyone else. I am so glad I found these guys they are definitely my new go to shop. Thank you guys for everything. P.S. They even gave me a ride to my house after dropping off my car!

Steve was wonderful. He made the transaction very easy and was able to repair my daughter's car and take care of some general maintenance to have been overlooked for some time.

I have been bringing all my cars to Steve and Ryan for a couple of years now. Last week my daughter's battery died and right after that the car was making weird noises and several of the engine lights came on. I called Advanced Auto Care who said to bring it down and that they would check it out as soon as possible. I got a phone call the next day where they did a thorough check of the belts, the air conditioner as well as went through all the error codes and engine light messages. They didn't find anything wrong with it. When I went to pick it up, Steve explained to me what had happened and how the AAA guy was supposed to provide power to the car when he exchanged the battery and that what my daughter experienced happens sometimes when the proper process is not followed. Then he said that this was free of charge. I would give them a higher rating if I could for their impeccable work, their honesty and their business ethics. It is very rare to get a mechanic like that.

I broke down on the 15 North just north of Lake Elsinore. I called AAA and a tow truck came within 30mins. It was from Advanced Auto Care. I'm thankful for such a good and honest shop! I'm from out of town and knew my car was in good hands

Absolutely the best repair shop in Lake Elsinore. They are honest and really know what they are doing. They are also extremely polite. They always provide the best services. They just go that extra mile on their customer service to assure you a good experience.

The employees were friendly and honest. I have already told some people they should bring their vehicles to you. I will be going back for another issue that needs fixing.

I had an oil leak coming from the side of my engine, and white smoke coming from under the hood. I took it in to Steve and Ryan and they diagnosed there were more leaks than I knew. Mind you, this is a 2004 Avalanche with plenty of miles. They had my vehicle fixed in a couple of days for a very reasonable price considering all the problems it had. Ryan was great about giving me a detailed and understandable explanation of what was going on with my vehicle. The shuttle to and from was extremely helpful as I needed to continue working from home while they did their magic on my "girl". Was able to pick it up today and she was a way different (read, BETTER) beast.

I found this shop while looking for a place to get my car smog checked. It's the cleanest auto shop I've every seen and they're extremely polite and professional. They set my appt and got me in and out very quickly and efficiently.

Just went to Advanced Auto for a non-op A/C on 2002 Yukon. The found the problem(s) and fixed it asap. I hadn't touched the system in 20 years so it was No surprised I needed a lot...but I needed it. AND...surprisingly, they warranted the parts and labor for 3yr / 36K miles. That's unbelievable. I would highly recommend this shop and the two owners are nice guys.

Advanced auto care is a great place to take your vehicle to get repairs done. I took my Kia there to get major engine repairs and they were able to get it done despite having to deal with my warranty company dragging their feet and trying to find a way out of being responsible for the repairs. Steve and Ryan fought tooth and nail with the warranty company to get the repairs approved. They were able to get everything approved and now my car is running like a champ. This is the first time I’ve ever had to take a car to a mechanic shop and Im very happy with the service I got with Advanced auto care

This shop is AAA approved auto repair shop and that's how we know them. My family has taken our vehicles to this shop for services since 2016 and we love them. Both Steve and Ryan do a good job by explaining everything in details down to the cost of the repair. They are very nice and professional. We highly recommend this shop to service your vehicles when needed.

The guys here are fantastic! They run a professional operation. The shop is clean and the work is fast. The prices are so much more reasonable than the dealership and AAC actually performs more checks on my vehicle than the dealer recommends - for a less expensive price! These guys are the best. I spent over $1200 at another shop trying to get my vehicle to pass smog. They just kept replacing parts with no idea what they were doing.

This NEVER happens. Had a horrible pinging noise as I drove my car. Had it looked at and the estimate was much higher than what the bill came out to be. The problem wasn't as severe as originally expected. Most shops would just do the original work instead of what you actually need.

Excellent service, very professional and spotless business. Went in with squeaky brakes and a check engine light on. Less than 24 hours and I was back on the road with a very quiet vehicle. Prices were inline if not better than others I called. They also have a FREE shuttle that took me home and came the next morning to pick me up. If you need any work done on your vehicle give them a call.

This is the best mechanics shop in the area...period. They do great work, way reasonable price and they won't rip your head off. One time Mike even told me I should try to get my brakes fixed under the warranty before going ahead with a $400 job which I was fully prepared to do.

Advanced did complete brake job months ago on my 2012 Accord. The work done was and is still perfect. With these guys you get what you pay for and they just completed efi work on my daughter's Honda civic. You can trust this shop.

Friendly fast service that is super affordable. - I had an appointment at 10 and they got me out of here in less than 10 minutes... I didn't even finish the freshly brewed coffee they had available in their clean reception area - Thank you Steve and Ryan! I wish I found them when we first moved to LE in 2015. When I searched for a smog check in 2015 I ended up paying more than my car registration. Something told me to Google search for my smog check this year and Advanced Auto Care popped up. Such a blessing! I have a 2001 Lexus and the registration is $145 the smog check is only costing $39.95. Will definitely be a repeat customer. When driving down Collier, make a right at Riverside drive by the cemetery, and their facility is in the same parking lot as the recycling center.

These guys are great had a loud noise coming from suspension took it to advanced auto and had it fixed within 24 hr. Also had them do a four wheel alignment while it was there and its never driven better thanks Steve.

When my PT Cruiser's engine light started coming on, I had a gut feeling it was going to need some major repairs, because it wasn't sounding smooth. I originally found Advanced Auto Care doing an online search for a place to have my car smogged in order to complete my car registration. From the moment I walked into their shop, I felt I found "my" mechanic. Customer service is outstanding. Steve took the time to explain how and why my car was behaving the way it was and what I could expect in order to get the registration completed. Their shuttle service made it convenient for me to drop my car off without having to rely on a neighbor. After seeing the diagnostic report and getting a detailed explanation of it, in no way whatsoever did I feel pressured to have them do the necessary repairs. Steve even helped me weigh my options whether it would be more cost effective to do the repairs or trade my car in for a newer vehicle. Because of the level of professionalism and integrity I saw, I felt very confident returning with my decision to entrust my car to their care. My PT Cruiser's cruising smooth now with no more strange noises. It feels like driving a brand new vehicle. Thank you, Advanced Auto Care for caring for cars AND their owners ;-)

I needed a smog check and found Advance Auto Care on the web. I looked up the web site and info to contact them. I called and was greeted by Steve on the phone. I asked if I need an appointment for a smog check had he said not at the moment we are open. I rushed down and had the smog check done. I was notified (my gas cap failed). I thought it's about time I had the same cap for 12 years.. LOL! They had a cap in stock and finished the smog check while I waited. (20 min. in all). This is my first time to Advanced Auto Care and being an ASE Certified Technician myself That is some record breaking work in my book. Thank You Steve, Ryan, and everyone else that works there. Your Top notch in my book and will recommend to all my friends. A+ service
